Kamut is an ancient Egyptian wheat prized for its large, golden kernels and exceptional nutritional profile, higher in protein, selenium, and zinc than modern wheat. Sprouting the grain before milling unlocks nutrients and reduces phytic acid, while stone grinding preserves the whole grain so nothing is lost between field and oven.
