Refund policy
All sales are final.
Every loaf is milled, mixed, fermented, and baked specifically for your order. Because our bread is a fresh, perishable product made in small weekly batches, we're unable to offer refunds once your bake is underway.
Missed pickup? If you can't make it to pickup, email us before Thursday at 12:00 PM PM and we'll hold your order until the next day at 5 PM. Orders not collected by then are donated to the community, and we're unable to offer a refund.
Need to cancel? No problem, as long as you cancel before Tuesday at 5 PM, when that week's bake is locked in. After that point, your loaf is already in progress and we can't issue a refund.
