By placing an order with Two Stone Bakery, you agree to the following:

• All orders are for local pickup only at the location listed at checkout. We do not ship.
• Orders must be placed before the weekly cutoff to be included in that week's bake.
• All sales are final once the bake is locked in. See our Refund Policy for details.
• Two Stone Bakery is a licensed Texas cottage food business operating out of a home kitchen. Our products contain gluten and are not suitable for those with celiac disease.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
• These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
